Classmate Profiles

This is your opportunity to provide a little bit about what has occupied your life for the past 60 years.  Be as cryptic or as verbose as you desire.  Just one little word of caution -- our committee reviewer is known to strike out explicit profanity.  Any photographs you also wish to share can be downloaded in the 'image box'.

Provide as much or as little contact information you wish to appear on your profile page.  Should you seek unlisted contact information about a classmate, please send us a query on the "Contact Us" page.  We will endeavor to coordinate your inquiry with that person.

Profiles for the 2011 and 2016 Reunions have been retained.  Use yours as you wish to modify, delete and/or add more comments.

If you have forgotten or lost your personal password, please create a new Profile and we will make an effort to combine the current and older information together.  Since we have no record of your old password,  please keep track of your new one.

Marital status: Divorced

Occupation: Retired/University of Washington School of Medicine
Comment: Since I left CP 50 years ago, I have lived in seven foreign countries, but ultamitely settled in Kirkland. After retiring from the UW, I bought a small cherry orchard in the Yakima Valley Wine Country to someday move nearer to my son Avery, his wife Christine and my 8 mo old granddaughter Daphne.

A lot of my time is spent volunteering with dog rescue organizations and making visits to hospitals, hospices and children's centers etc., with my two therapy dogs, Clancy, a Wheaten Terrier and Lupe, an Airedale Terrier.  I also continue to ski, hike, camp, garden and travel. Unfortunately, I will be in the middle of an 18 hour plane journey while you are all celebrating and enjoying the reunion.  I am very dissapointed to miss it.  I hope there wil be a 55th.

I have really enjoyed, with great memories and nostalgia, reading the bio-sketches.  Thanks to all who have worked so hard in putting this great event together.

Left the NW after college,, have lived in the East since...NYC and settled in Gloucester, Ma. (a powerful and beautiful little town). Church work gave way to Outward Bound, then helped found "Project Adventure" which has had some nice influence in the education and counseling worlds.  Coupla books behind me, and still in print!!  Always working on  a book of poems, but believe my daughter (in the SF fog just married world) will beat me to the pubisher.  Son a builder here in town, with three kids, a wonderful poppa..  My wife Nicole an advocate for battered women (wrote a fine play about it), and conducts a therapy practice.  My retirement will begin when I finish building an "Environmental-Adventure Learning Center" in our local High School.  Just completing engine installment in my sailboat, my sea scout days with Chuck Creesy still rings clear.  Hike the Olympics every summer with a NW pal.  Nice to anticipate this event....have been out of touch for so long....

Occupation: Social Worker
Comment: Leroy & I have been married 48 years, and mostly have had a wonderful life.  We have one daughter and two grandsons, 16 months and 8 years.  They live close by and we  enjoy spend- ing a lot of time with them., so I have given up doing most of the supervision and consultation to other therapists and schools that I have done over the past 40 years.  But  I still love my work, so continue to work parttime, both in my private practice, and doing the cliniclal supervision of "For the Kids' Sake" program for the courts for Snohomish County.  Life is good.

Comment: After wandering through the University of Washington in the departments of physics, math, forestry and computer science, I earned my PH.D in computer science in 1971.  I worked 3 years at Mitre and 32 at Boeing, and retired 3 years ago as Chief Engineer of B-2 and ALCM programs.  Since then we've been enjoying a different lifestyle, though it changed a year or so ago when we took on day care of our 2nd grandchild.  I've changed more diapers already than I ever did with our own kid.  Still happily married to Evelyn, whom I've known since the 6th grade.  Trina, our daughter, is a software manager at Liberty Mutual Insurance.
